Welcome to Giggles Drama School, Ireland: we provide drama classes and workshops for individuals and groups. We aim to provide a full range of courses to cover all interests and abilities. Drama is very popular in Mayo and Sligo and we provide regular classes in Kiltimagh: The Town Hall Theatre, Swinford: Scoil Muire agus Treasa and in Meelick National School, and in St Mary's Community Centre, Curry, Co. Silgo. Find out more! Giggles provide classes for children to explore drama and the theatre in a fun, safe and creative environment. Classes are grouped according to age to help develop creativity, social skills, confidence and fluency of speech. For adults drama classes are designed to enhance creativity, acting technique, theory and experience in the theatre.

Practical exercises and drama games are part of all the classes to help generate creative ideas, movement, vocal technique and acting ability. Local community groups, youth clubs, women’s clubs, dramatic societies, and parent’s association groups have all taken part in classes and workshops. We offer classes for Grade Examinations with the Leinster School of Music & Drama for both adults and children in poetry, prose, drama, mime and improvisation. All students receive outstanding results.

Giggle books are a novel idea to encourage children to read out loud. The stories engage the child to see reading as a fun hobby to do alongside their parents. The books will enhance your child’s imagination,, fluency in speech, creativity and learn to have fun when reading. Find out more!
